Juan arrived right on time. He was friendly plus professional. Replaced a belt in record time! He was upfront with price. My boyfriend and I were extremely satisfied with this service!!

He did an excellent job. He was efficient and friendly.

Juan did a great job, however, something that took 10 minutes of labor, which was to remove a wire that was stuck in the dryer I got charged $260. I think that’s a rip off.

Contacted me before the job and asked for more info. Gave me a visit time and showed up. Provided an estimate and good price. Finished the job in quick time and provided a warranty. We will keep in mind for future projects as he explained he also repairs many other items.

Juan responded to my request within minutes ofin minutes of my request and was at my home soon after. He replaced my damaged appliance in no time at all.. Great job..

He came and fix the timer on my dryer and the knob he works pretty fast he’s pretty friendly excellent customer service and very affordable i definitely will recommend him

I was glad to get this company to work on my washing machine. He came to my house a day before to analyze the problem. Juan told me it was the drain pump. Unfortunately since he didn't have the pump with him, I had to wait until the following day where Juan would get notification as to when he could pick up the pump. I was then notified of Juan coming to replace the pump. Job was finished at a reasonable time, and now I am glad to use my washing machine.

Juan is a pro. He assessed the nature of a refrigerator malfunction and resolved the issue swiftly and at a reasonable price. He is also a very good guy. He offered to help us with any problems that may arise with other household appliances, and he will definitely be our first call. Great job, friend.

I need the receipt/invoice for my insurance to cover the cost of the repair. I keep asking for the receipt and they will not supply it. I can't get my insurance to reimburse me without it.So I don't understand what's happening at this moment. Currently I cannot rate this company. Positively.

Juan with Texas Appliance was great. He showed up an hour after I called with the recommendation from Angi's. Found the problem immediately and left to get parts. He returned 2 hours later just as he said he would. 30 minutes later problem solved. Will absolutely use him again. LG washing machine repaired at a completely reasonable cost.
