I was glad to get this company to work on my washing machine. He came to my house a day before to analyze the problem. Juan told me it was the drain pump. Unfortunately since he didn't have the pump with him, I had to wait until the following day where Juan would get notification as to when he could pick up the pump. I was then notified of Juan coming to replace the pump. Job was finished at a reasonable time, and now I am glad to use my washing machine.

Juan is a pro. He assessed the nature of a refrigerator malfunction and resolved the issue swiftly and at a reasonable price. He is also a very good guy. He offered to help us with any problems that may arise with other household appliances, and he will definitely be our first call. Great job, friend.

I need the receipt/invoice for my insurance to cover the cost of the repair. I keep asking for the receipt and they will not supply it. I can't get my insurance to reimburse me without it.So I don't understand what's happening at this moment. Currently I cannot rate this company. Positively.

Juan with Texas Appliance was great. He showed up an hour after I called with the recommendation from Angi's. Found the problem immediately and left to get parts. He returned 2 hours later just as he said he would. 30 minutes later problem solved. Will absolutely use him again. LG washing machine repaired at a completely reasonable cost.

Juan Hernández showed up timely based on what he said. He was running a bit behind, but communicated that - no big deal. He completed repair of pulley to my dryer and had the part on hand so total time took less than 25 mins from walking thru the door. He also “warranted” part of 1 year from installation.

I had to have my dishwasher looked at and determine why it was not working. Juan had come and assessed the dishwasher and explained what was going on. He then had get the part to replace and was fixed quickly. His customer service was great and made everything easy to understand def would recommend his service.

Juan arrived on time that evening and diagnosed that our fridge’s compressor and condenser needed to be replaced. He was able obtain the new parts and returned to our home the next day to install them within 24 hours of his initial visit. We’re very happy to have our black fridge up and running again!
