They said it would be a free estimate. The job was to reprogram a control and the guy got it in his hand and before I could ask for what he was going to do he re-program it and asked for $125. The work time was less than 1 to 2 min!

George was my installer/Pro. The day was raining and cold. George called and told me when he would be at my house to do the free inspection and give me all the information I would need to make a well informed decision, if I picked them to do the job. As it turned out he had a part on his truck that would make the garage door opener work, and he would be happy to do that. i asked him if he could read on the old one, just how old it was. it turns out that it was about 17 years old (which is at the top or end of life scale hor garage door openers goes). So talked about a new one and that is what I decided to go with. No pressure just professional information and great attitude. Highly recommend Texas Best, and if possible ask that your pro be George, in fact insist on George. I'm sure they are all great too. But if you do get George, you will not be disappointed.

Lewis came out at about 3:30 the same day I contacted TBG. He explained our options and answered our questions. We decided to go with him and two hours later we had two garage door openers fully installed and working perfectly. We could not be happier!

Customer service is excellent and the installers are incredible. I received three garage door company referrals from Home Advisor. TBG contacted me first, and I was immediately impressed with the person I talked to (Michelle). Three days later, Jorge arrived at my house at exactly the scheduled time to give me an estimate. He listened to all my concerns about my old door and gave me options for each concern. I decided to get a completely new door with a special trim kit to keep outdoor debris from blowing into my garage when the garage door is closed. On installation day, Jorge and Edwin arrived right on schedule and did a great job of installing the door and cleaning up after the installation. Jorge even swept and bagged a lot of fallen pine needles in my driveway -- now that's going "the extra mile." I was originally concerned about the color we ordered for the door, but the color turned out to be an exact match to my house trim -- what a relief! I definitely recommend this company.

Installers were AMAZING! They did a nice quality job and left with everything clean. I do wish there were more colors to choose from for the price paid. Was very hard to match what is a very neutral color on my house. Didn t have that issue getting manufactured color match for gutters which are also metal.

We were unable to complete all of the repairs definitely would have George back to complete at another time
