Best experience anyone could hope for when things go wrong. Chris was very understanding and ready to help even after normal hours. Discovered that the local contractor doing horizontal boring in the area drilled thru my sewer line. The next day Chris was still on the case, got ahold of the contractor and the workers got to work on repairing the damaged sewer line. Chris kept in contact with me, documenting the damage done. He provided me with great peace of mind during the whole process. I will be calling him back for any further plumbing issues I may have.
