Your Review: (5 Stars)Zerian is a great guy. He?s very friendly and a hard worker. He gets busy right away and is finished in no time, but remembers all he needs to do. If there?s something that needs more attention, they will come out and fix it. This company is great, and they?re all so nice.

Weâ ve used Itâ s Bugs or Us since 2017 and have always had a wonderful experience with them. Scheduling is a breeze, they always show up on time, whatever they use for bug control works WELL. Mr.Terence is my favorite tech! Oh and the price is super fair, they spray our house 4 times a year. Iâ ve recommended this company many times and a few people in our family use them.

Jesus was on time,called me 30 mins in advance as requested. Very friendly,professional, got right on the job. It was raining so did not do the outside of the house. Said to give a call and he would make another trip to finish when the weather cleared. The company is very efficient and reasonably priced for their services. I would definitely recommend them for your job.

Texas Bugs R Us, was the only one, that gave me a bid, over the phone. ABC wanted to send a salesman to my house, before they would give me a bid. When I told the lady, that I'd like an estimate on the phone-She said she'd have somebody call me. They never did. The lady at Texas Bugs R Us, was very nice, informative, and gave me a bid, over the phone.

The first technician arrived 2.5 hours late. When he arrived, he stood on the steps leading to our attack and made his assessment from their. Took a picture and left. I didn't hear from anyone for two weeks. I called to follow up and new technician returned with a trap. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, no one returned to resolve the issue and their trap is still in my attic. I ended up spending money with another company which I highly recommend.
