I am posting this review because Texas Builders went far and beyond to correct a carport structure that had been built by another contractor. Shawn went to Mansfield City via phone calls and visits to make sure the city would allow Texas Builders to correct the mess the other contractor left me in. Texas Builders had to deal with numerous obstacles that the prior contractor had performed. The structure now is beautiful and functional. Shawn kept me in the loop on every step. He was present at every step of the way. Shawn was/is an obvious perfectionist. I am indebted to Texas Builders and Shawn for correcting the mess I was left with when the other contractor completely screwed things up (the prior contractor did not even get appropriate permits so I as the homeowner was hit with violations). Shawn negotiated with the city on ways to make corrections that would satisfy the city and turn a mess into a beautiful detailed product. Texas Builders are extremely professional and knowledgeable on their work along with all their workers are experts in their field. Thank you again! *update* i never asked for money to remove a review. more lies... I got my roof replaced by this company back in 2019. They subcontracted the roof labor to another roofing company who left a hole in my ceiling that you could see daylight through. This was a whole roof replacement management by my insurance company. No integrity.

I recently worked with Shawn on a variety of projects in my home and could not be happier with the results! He walked me through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Shawn and his team completed a bathroom refresh including a new walk in shower, new Quartz counter tops and tile backsplash in the mother in law suite, installed recessed lighting in both kitchens along with some other home updates and the results are fantastic!! From start to finish, the people from Charlie roofing that we worked with were friendly, kind, and professional. They came out quickly to evaluate the roof and gave us an estimate on the spot. They assisted us with the insurance adjuster came to look at our roof. And they assisted us with the desk adjuster was going to the process of calculating our insurance payment. I soon as that process was complete they were quick to return to go over final information and to schedule the installation of the new roof. Installation was fast, efficient, and beautiful. The entire installation process was done in one single day. Their crew was polite and courteous. They cleaned up very well after they were done and before they left. This experience was A++ from the very beginning. I would recommend them to anyone including my mother and I would absolutely use them again.

I had the 3 tab shingles removed and upgraded to dimensional. The vent turbines were removed and replaced using ridge vents and the roof deck replaced where the turbines were mounted. I worked with Dale throughout the process. He made the whole process pleasant, answering all my questions. He quickly responded to all my emails. I had to have the HOA's approval prior to starting the job. He submitted all required paperwork. He was there on the day the work started to make sure all went well. I noticed the shingles were the wrong color and he had the correct ones there within 2 hours. I had several quotes and Trinity Custom came in with a fair price (not the lowest) and even threw in a couple of free upgrades. I felt good before, during and after the job. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

This company is TOTALLY CUSTOMER centered! J. W. was professional, punctual, and extremely helpful! He took the time to explain the process between the inspection, getting the roof on, working with the insurance company, and getting paid by the insurance company. We needed a quick turnaround time for the sale of the house and they got it done! Super pleased!

Only took one day to replace my roof. Great job.

I was naturally apprehensive because the roof on our rental property needed replacement. The roofing industry gets a lot bad publicity, because of a few fly by night companies and we live 275 miles away from the property. The insurance company wouldn't recommend anyone, so I went online to Home Advisor to find someone. Fortunately for us, I found J.W. at Trinity Custom. He handled everything, including working with my uncooperative insurance company and kept me updated along the way., The job was done on-time in 1 day with upgraded shingles. He sent pictures throughout the installation process and supervised the cleanup afterward, which my tenant raved about. Believe me, if you want a roofing contractor you can trust, call J.W. at Trinity Customer. You will not be sorry.

Shawn was great at communication- kept us informed and updated on the project (sent pictures from the roof of progress) . Very efficient and polite.
