    Edwin and Navar were great, as were the rest of the team. We needed a lot of chimney repairs along with replacing the ceramic tiles in the firebox. They could have upsold but instead they found some savings which my budget appreciated. They were done in a day, very prompt, and courteous. I will use them again for a yearly check and clean going forward.

    Horrible experience. No customer service. Never return calls. No show. Claimed they called me and left 2 messages then turned around. I had no missed calls. Asked them what number they called. Gave me some random number not even close to mine said was sending him back out. Spoke to NADIV. Verified my address. It was NOT my address. Finally showed up. All we needed was pilot lit. Its hard for us to light each season. Other companies had no trouble at all this guy just wanted to sell us services like cleaning out which we had just done and wanted to paint it. All we wanted was to light pilot. He barely tried. Said would be over $800 FOR PARTS in order to light But did not know exact price would send us a written estimate. He admitted he knew nothing about our brand of fireplace but would Google it and check with his boss. Sure I want to pay over $800 to a company who says they know nothing about your fireplace. AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE. THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED US AT ALL. I have called a other company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    It was more like cleaning service anybody could have done. The tech took stuff out clean and put back. They were not even going to to the chimney brushing if I did not insisted. Total charge $300.00.
