Texas Decks and Docks

Amateurish work and careless service.

They way underestimated the work. Then when they got behind, they stopped showing up. I eventually told them to stop coming with the work incomplete. They are nice folks and were not crooks. They just underestimated and didn't deal with changing scope well at all.

This deck was a small project that my husband and I were going to do ourselves. But due to illness that was not possible. We got on HomeAdvisor and saw Texas Decks and Docks. Brandon and Eli came over to see what we wanted done. Stone taken out and a deck built between two existing decks. We already had in mind how we wanted it done and explained to the "guys". Well, to make a long story short, it came out exactly how we had imagined. We are so happy with it. The four of them (Brandon, Eli, David and David) knocked it out in a few hours. We actually had a fun time with them. We highly recommend them. Their work is meticulous. It's hard to find people nowadays that take pride in their work an they certainly do. Thank you again for the great job you did..............................

Brandon and his crew completed this job in two days. They were prompt, punctual, dependable, and efficient. They willingly adjusted one thing at my request at the very last minute. Brandon, Eli, David, and David were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When they encountered unanticipated problems, they resolved the issues successfully. They did a great job!

This was my first time using a contractor. I was very impressed with brandon's knowledge of the composite wood that I had chosen for my deck project. He made me highly aware of warranty and code compliance issues during the bidding process. They were courteous, competent, and a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the results and have had numerous complements on the final product. Overall, I view this company as very experienced and very competent

Brandon and Noah were professional, resourceful (we had the materials from a different project in the past), courteous and skilled. They took time to answer our questions and work with our needs. We wanted the work to be done sooner than later and Brandon and Noah were available to come right away and help us. They didn't treat our job as too small, which was comforting and refreshing. They even took time to answer our 6-year-old son's questions (there were many) and show him a few tricks of the trade. We had a back porch built, approximately 200 sq ft, and we enjoy it every day!
