More problems after they left than before they came. Did not protect the homeowner or property. Damaged Sheetrock and walls in the process then painted over it without replacing the Sheetrock, metal around window was just painted over. Tile on floor is chipped in center walkway and very noticeable, and under cabinet there is no trim hiding the uneven tile cut; contractor agreed to have enhancer and tile sealer on floor which originally had to be sanded from using wrong kind (sanding left uneven ruts in tile) homeowner has to fix and seal; large grout lines around tub are chipping all over and being replaced by homeowner now with ceramic trim. This contractor changed his business name 3+ times so there is little info avail under Texas Designs. Look for Ray Hernandez contractor and the stories are true based on my unfortunate experience. I hired him because he claimed to be Chrustian and very involved, but he did not do the right thing. Would not accept payment under company name of Texas Designs but only to his personal name. They were always late to job. Sometimes starting at 5:30 and going to 10pm. Did not manage the jobs, most time crew not having clear instructions on what to do. Most importantly, Health concern for cutting hardieboard in the house which left horrible thick dust throughout first and second floors while 84 yr old mother was present-this took over two weeks to clean up.the job is unfinished, they are paid and gone.

My bathroom was done in shiplap and it looks amazing.

The professionals have good customer service, they get things done quickly and do what you ask.

Texas Design does great jobs for you. they are respectful and they are prompt. I love my new bathroom
