"Well, this really upsets me and is a completely false statement. I wouldn't normally make a comment on someone's review but I cannot allow this to go unrefuted. I provided, not only exactly what I proposed, but also went beyond it and gave the clients additional plants and performed additional work, at no cost to them. As on all of my landscaping proposals, I provide not only a very detailed estimate but also pictures of each area that is landscaped so that when you are looking at the numbers you can see where your money is going and can make any changes you want to the design. These Computer Generated Pictures show what the job will look like when we were finished. The first bid I submitted was liked but they wanted it lowered by almost $1200. I turned in a second bid with New Pictures and a New Estimate both of which reflected the reduced amount that they requested. Both owners agreed to the second proposal and pictures, and we performed the work exactly as Planned and Pictured. The owners however, at the end of the project, wanted me to do what was on the first proposal rather than the reduced one that they agreed on. I would have had no problem giving them my original bid however I couldn't do it at the reduced price. It was their request and decision for me to do the second bid. The owners agreed on the reduced bid along with the pictures that reflected the changes that the reduced bid made. I have photos of all of my work along with the pictures I submitted and they final product not only looks really good but is exactly as I proposed. As on all of my projects, I try and go above and beyond for everyone I am serving. I will always make changes or perform additional work at no cost to my clients and I often provide additional plants or materials when needed at no cost to them. I always serve my customers how I would like to be treated. I do not lie or provide false estimates. The work I create is almost always exactly what I submit in pictures and estimates. The only exceptions being that the final product looks actually better in real life than it does in a computer generated picture. It is Very important to me that my clients are satisfied with everything I do. I will not stop on a job until they are. This is why I have consistently had positive reviews. I always put my customers best interest ahead of my own and would rather lose money on a job than leave it undone or the owners not satisfied with the work I did. Both Amy and her husband walked the job after I finished it and agreed it was as I had proposed before they paid me my final payment. The issue here is that they wanted me to give them $1200 more landscaping than they were willing to pay for. Again, I will always give my clients additional items and services, at no extra cost, as I did with Amy and her husband, however I cannot proved 4 days of service and make a negative profit. Also, the work I did looks great and is exactly as I proposed, if not more. I apologize for this re"
