The owner John Coley took my deposit and never did any work.

Signed contract about 10 months ago to do a covered concrete patio, replace French doors and replace three windows...all I have is a concrete slab that started cracking within a week of being poured. Last contact from this company was 12/09/15. Have been calling their office phone for a week but no one answers and apparently the voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. Tried owner's cell phone and it goes to voicemail. Saw 5 complaints filed with BBB in the last 3 weeks from folks saying the same thing...lots of money paid out and little to no work being completed. Will be pursuing legal action for a full refund of what I've already paid.

Do not do business with this company!

I hired this company in Nov and gave them a check for $ 12000.00 They committed to complete my work by the end of the year and have not done anything. John is not returning my phone calls and it looks he plans on keeping my money !

Do not hire John Coley and Tammy Gonzalez with Texas Elegant Sunrooms and Patios. They took $18,000 of our money and have done nothing but tear down our existing patio. Wont return phone calls. Our contract was signed in Sept. Have tried calling, faxing and texting. No response. Do not hire this company.

John Coley took $8400. from us and never ordered the windows. He lied to us for 5 months. In my opinion he is a Fraud.

I hired this company in March 2015, I have paid 14,000 dollars and all I have is a slab of cement and a door. They knocked out the electricity to a wall in my house and now they are not returning my calls. It's always "my project is next". I drove by their business and it's their home address, knocked, left a note, called the AG of Texas. Do not hire, the room was for my handicap son who lives alone. I am devastated!

Once they got on it they did a great job. Some miscommunication but it came together. I thought it a little pricey but the results are good. The measurements taken by the salesperson/owner seemed to confuse the installer and the railings on the porch had to be removed and repositioned. The outcome was very impressive though. I would highly recommend this company.

John and his workers were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job installing our covered patio. I would recommend this company to any body that needs a covered patio.

Professional and great work for a reasonable price.

The contractor was timely and they under promised and over delivered. They were to complete in 3 weeks but the material was available early and the demo and installation took 2 days. The only negative was the sub-contractor - the electirician didn't respond to emails and phone calls. I've yet to get the electical completed.

It was a very good experience from beginning to end. My sunroom is great and everything I expected it to be. Friendly, helpful people (not only salesman) but every other person I dealt with. I recommend this company highly!

This contractor is willing to do anything you asked. Very accommodating and easy to work with. I would hire again.

We were very happy with their work and would highly recommend. They were very courteous. They listened to our needs and helped resolve the issue we were having.
