Raphael was very friendly and competent. They had to order a part and got it in a couple of days. When they came for the install they also added a safety laser upgrade. I was very happy with them.

Our security gate went down at our large senior retirement community. After calling and emailing the original company who installed it everyday for over a week with no response, I reached out to other vendors. After speaking with Mike on my first phone call about our problem and its urgency, he arranged for it to be fixed the next business day! Now that is customer service and now the residents feel safe and secure again. Great job!

As long as you are not asking for anything special for your gate they did a great job. I wanted a solenoid lock on mine but they could never make it work. So they removed it and reimbursed me for the cost of the lock but not the cost of labor.

Called Hill Country to fix my non-functioning driveway gate. Received same day service (actually within 4 hours) and not only did he fix the gate, but he tuned the gate to the proper settings and greatly extended the range of my remotes. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Michael was the first of three contacts to call back in less than 24 hours after I requested help. He came out, tested our gate opener, determined that the mother board had failed, went to get one and installed the new mother board the same day. Knowledgeable, easy to work with and very professional. When I have any further gate opener problems, Michael will be the first individual I call, and I wil recommend him to my friends.l
