Texas Hardwood Flooring Pros

Luis was awesome! I just fired my previous contractor because he did such a terrible job and needed someone to assess the damage and be straight with me on what it would take to fix it. Luis was great at communicating and the end result was absolutely beautiful! I would use these guys again if I ever needed any flooring done. Thank you all for such a good job!

Cliff is the one who came out and gave us the estimate. He is a pretty good smooth talker. He said he would hire the movers to arrange for a pod delivery and have cleaning service afterward. Well as you can imagine nothing went right. The movers did not show up, he got a pod that was too small, cleaning service was terrible. The timeframe was so rushed it was ridiculous. The floors were refinished and stained. I am not sure what happened but the protective coating they applied is useless. Scratches everywhere that did not happen before the refinish, Do not listen to all the promises and it was my mistake for trying to go cheaper.

Did not come back to fix the molding, as promised.

The installers did a great job repairing water damaged wood floors. However, I didn’t receive the written quote when promised and the scheduling wasn’t clearly communicated. Overall though, I’d definitely use them again. Great job!

They did a good job but I was expecting them to go the extra mile..... the floors look great but the workers were good workers but not dedicated ones. Anyway, the work was not disappointing.

Nestor Mena is an absolute professional. He covered our concrete patio with slate tiles and it turned out exactly as we wanted it. The job was done extremely quickly and looks perfect. It was very nice that total clean up was also done. We highly recommend this company.

Nestor was wonderful! His work on my hardwoods was absolutely beautiful! He answered all my incessant questions and the floors were done in just two days. The color is perfect and we have already received so many compliments. I asked for some transitions to be put in after the floors were done and they were out the next day to cut, stain, and put them in. Great price, great work, great service!
