I hired them to tile two bathtub enclosures and subsequently hired them to do drywall installation. I am trying to get them back to do some more work.

They did an okay job on the tub resurfacing, but they removed the old whirlpool jet fixtures and said they would order new ones. I never heard from them for 3 weeks, so I called and they said they could not complete the work. Now I have the problem of finding the same fixtures and installing them...

Very prompt. Floor tile is excellent. Plumbing reinstall is unfinished so no comments about this at this time. Installation could have gone smoother if the plumber had really looked at the fixtures ahead of time. Now we are stalled because the fittings are not correct. They were very careful to prevent damage to the tub and the house as things are moved about. Tile man forgot to clean up his outside work area but his work was superb, so no complaints.

tub looks good, but contractor failed to inform me that the cleanout piece was not working at all until 2 days after the work was completed. Had asked me if I wanted to clean it out or a brand new one suggesting that the existing one was still functional.
