No follow up, job incomplete, did not report several times as scheduled. Please check the Angie?s List pro directory ratings as well under Sean Austin. We wish we had. We found this ?pro? had bad ratings on them.

Work is still in progress. However the quality of work and customer service have been good. Sean called and scheduled quick appointment and arrived on time early Monday morning. He has prepared the area well for inspection by the insurance adjuster whom I'm still awaiting on arrival. I've already received satisfactory price quote once insurance company approves the work to be done.
