The technician worked on the leaking zones and advised that the issue had been resolved. He assured me the system was functioning properly, and I paid for the service. A few days later, while planting flowers, I noticed the same issue had returned in the same area. I contacted the company, explained the situation, and a follow-up visit was scheduled.04/10/26:The technician returned, performed additional work, and again stated that the issue had been resolved. He indicated that a valve had been replaced and assured me there would be no further problems. I also informed him that the home is currently on the market and will require an inspection once sold. He reassured me that the system would pass inspection without issue. I will forward the email from this visit for reference.04/15/26: Upon returning home, I discovered the issue persists--the sprinkler continues to leak in the same zone. I was informed by the supervisor, that additional charges would be required to finish the repair.

Wired rain sensor incorrectly and had to redo. Indicated rain sensor needed replacing. Installed new batteries and cork rain detector, reset, and works well. He did locate hidden valve box, was courteous and prompt.

The service was a bit pricey, but the Job was Well done and the company rep. was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did receive a small discount. I believe that the sprinkler service industry in North Texas has a very high Mark-up on the repair parts that they utilize and this makes the whole repair service very expensive.

The technician was professional and did a good job. For the time and effort it was a little expensive. The issue is billing. 24 hours after receiving an invoice they sent me a text threatening to send me to collections. Seriously? I called to discuss the issue and recieved a rude, misinformed response and was told they needed a payment immediately over the phone. If this was my personal home, I would have been happy, but company accounts take time. I'll make sure they're paid timely, but will never use them again.

Friendly service

This was the second company I hired to get the timers set correctly. The young men were very professional and thought they had done a great job. Later I realized the timers still were not set correctly.
