The service was a bit pricey, but the Job was Well done and the company rep. was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did receive a small discount. I believe that the sprinkler service industry in North Texas has a very high Mark-up on the repair parts that they utilize and this makes the whole repair service very expensive.

The technician was professional and did a good job. For the time and effort it was a little expensive. The issue is billing. 24 hours after receiving an invoice they sent me a text threatening to send me to collections. Seriously? I called to discuss the issue and recieved a rude, misinformed response and was told they needed a payment immediately over the phone. If this was my personal home, I would have been happy, but company accounts take time. I'll make sure they're paid timely, but will never use them again.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
