This was the only company to return my request for information and pricing. We appreciate the Jones feedback and direction, the price is overstated and forced us to rethink our direction.

Couldn't get them to come back to finish the work. Plumber washed a ton of dust and installation rubble down the drain and clogged the drain - customer service offered a free router job, but never followed-up and my tub is still not draining. Plumber also (probably accidentally) discarded new fixtures. Been trying to work with them for over a week - no response - "Dixie" the person I've been working with does not return calls, and is "in meetings" when I call their office. I've given up. I don't have a working bathroom sink, and the shower is a mess.

Prompt, clean and professional. The Pro fixed a leak in a pipe exiting the slab in a very difficult place. He arrived ahead of schedule as requested and was very efficient resolving the problem. This is the first choice for plumbing assistance in the future.

My home suffered a severe plumbing accident which caused my water to my home to be shut off to mitigate the water damage. I had a house full of guest for spring break and desperately needed a plumber to fixed the broken toilet tank. Angel at Texas Plumbing Diagnostics, quickly responded to the dispatched call. He was already finished his shift and was at home, but came over to my home to assess the issue. He Got the water to my home back on and secured the appropriate parts to fix the plumbing issues. All done in time before the husbands returned home from Golfing. Thank you Angel and Texas Plumbing Diagnostics. I highly recommend this company.

I thought they were overpriced. Because they sent an apprentice with the plumber, I suspect that increased the cost since the apprentice is a cost. They were almost twice the cost of another highly rated plumber on Home Advisor. They were available and came the same day I called.

I hired this company to repair a dripping shower head. The total charge was $249. The replacement part retails for $19.95. That said, the plumber, Angel, was very nice and very competent. He was in and out of my house in 20 minutes.

"We understand that not everyone understands what goes into every job. We send out a $50,000 truck, with $5000 in supplies, and a $50,000 to 75,000 man with experience of 4 to 18 years. There is yearly training ,licensing ,and registrations required with the state and every city we work in. Then you have the cost of the part used, sales tax, and the cost of picking up the part. That is just the start of the cost that goes into every job."
