My clients were tough ... they were angry and accused me of the toilet being to small and something about the plumbing - AFTER they moved in - at the time my bf had just passed and I was going through a horrible time which these clients did not respect.... this company came through after I called them once paid them and told them to please take care of the issue... I never heard back from the clients again... so they did their job right :)

The technician was super friendly and professional, but the supervisor who charged me wasn t the best. Clog was due to previous home owner flushing a disposable razor and when he ran auger it cleared the paper but reclogged immediately after he left because of the razor catching paper. So the supervisor told me over phone that if it was a toilet defect the revisit wouldn t be free. After hearing this I changed the toilet out myself and when the tech came back to check that solved this issue, but they charged me full service fees both visits for a problem I solved myself so basically I wasted both fees entirely. But the technician was great I really appreciated his efforts. Again it was the way the company charged me that second full service call I don t really think was fair.

Took care of the replacement of hot water tank amazingly fast and very warm caring professionals. I feel that this company still has integrity and honesty in the world of greed today. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Home advisor need to fix glitches in their computer system. They gave wrong phone number and in complete address.

There was a problem with communication. The plumber called and scheduled an appointment at 5:00 PM. At 7:00 pm there was still no communication from the plumber so I called the plumber to make sure they were still coming as scheduled. I was told that it would be another 30 minutes but the plumber did not arrive until 10:00 pm. I was told I needed a new water heater and they would need to come back the next day and again they did not show up at the scheduled appointment but they did arrive until around 8:30 to 9:00 pm. The work they did was good.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I would never ever use this company again. The guy who came was pleasant at first but then began complaining. It just got worse from there. He called his boss and told him I was screaming at him and throwing things at him which was totally not true. The boss, Justin Blackwell, called me and began to tell me he believed his employee and would not even consider listening to me and he hung up on me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. He abruptly left leaving my kitchen in a mess - removed items and did not fix the problem. I have called someone who was recommended to me by someone else.

I am the owner (Justin) our tech Zach was at your home simply trying to help and was being yelled at and then items were thrown at him. He called me and you advised him to leave and you were not charged. Any time an environment becomes hostile and unsafe for our employees we advise them to leave. We are sorry for your experience and wish you only the best. God bless. We do all we can to help customers but unfortunately we sometimes have to do deal with people who are simply rude and disrespectful. You very rude on the the initial phone call but we overlook that and sent the technician out there while the technician was in route with the app
