Shawn showed up on time and finished the project early. He stopped by the day before to make sure he'd have all the parts necessary to complete the job. His pricing was fair and honest. I wound definitely recommend him to friends and would use him again for my next plumbing project.

Shawn was very pleasant to speak with over the phone and accommodating as well as specific in terms of when he could be available. Moreover, Shawn took the guesswork out by giving two prices for the project depending on whether the clog was at the sink or system level. Best of all, the service Shawn performed came out to the lower price he quoted and he fixed the garbage disposal in the process, which I had mentioned had stopped working as part of the problem, but didn't discuss as being part of the repair. Overall, I would highly recommend Shawn and will keep him in mind for the future.
