KC did an excellent job with remodeling our pool. He called ahead to confirm the schedule, contractors arrived on-time each day, job site was cleaned and inspected by KC daily. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the team is unmatched! Highly recommend!

Wish I could review without a star. All I can say is RUN. This guy still has not finished our pool. In my opinion our pool remodel was done backwards. Not one part of our project was done good the first time. This guy does not go onsite to monitor work being done. We were told we needed a complete chip out. They tore it out and deep holes and rebar was exposed. The pillar in our home was damaged by one of his hired contractors. It was knocked off center and his repair was to just put some type of rubber sealer and it is still off center. He refused to provide insurance information. My spa was chipped out and now not symmetrical. That plates are not centered on bottom. He refused to provide any insurance information to us. It is still damaged. Then we thought that our pool surface would be made smooth after chip out. We mentioned the concerns with the indentions and we were assured it would be fine. The bench in our pool was completely chipped out and was now low in the pool. I can no longer enjoy that feature. My husband almost could not even step up or down. This guy avoided every concern we have had along the way and just kept working and sending contractors. We do not stay there during the day as we work in Spring, TX. When we complained he told us if we did not pay he would file a lien on our home and so would the contractor*s. He continued to have pebble tech sprayed in our pool and we thought these issues with bench and holes would be resolved. He rushed to our home and started to fill pool with water and told us that contract that we have with him stated last payment due on fill-up. To top it off we paid 13,000 for concrete slab and paid cash to him and he refused to give us a receipt for weeks. Now we just found out that the slab still has our open sprinkler system under it. We text him and he told us we purposefully let our pool overflow on the deck. I sent photos to show him that the pool has not even been filled completely. This slab cost us $13,000 dollars. Now he wants to come out and fix it. Almost $60,000 job and this is what we got. Now filing complaint and civil suit to be able to get our pool fixed right. Will edit and add more photos RUN away FAST This post will come down when he decides to do the right thing. I suggested take off pebble tech, rebuild my pool, redo pebble tech. This cost should be his responsibility not ours. Pillar damage, exposed rebar they did patch but did not make the pool surface smooth. Just covered with pebble tech Spa had complete chip out and they did not reshape that chip out with cement. They just put pebble tech over and now pool is irregular in shape and off center Irregular sun shelf not corrected as promised Water under our $13,000 slab.

We needed to remodel our 20 year old pool. We chose Texas Pool Champions. They had immediately responded to our request and K.C. Arnold (owner) came to the house the next day and looked over our situation. Sat down with us and discussed what we wanted. Simply, resurface and update pool drains and light, filtration system, heater and add rails by the steps. Though not cheap I was pleased with the estimate. K.C. frequently checked on the progress of the contractors and explained what was going on and what we should expect. He always answered a question and called back with further information if he couldn't answer completely. Due to the pandemic there was a shortage on pool heaters. The plant was shut down in Texas. K.C. went above and beyond to find heaters from across the country. His efforts worked out and though it was a few days later than he wanted, he delivered the heater. Even with all of the rain and availability of equipment, work was completed in less than three weeks. I have recommended TPC to a couple of my friends because I believe in K.C. Arnold and the work done by TPC. He is a professional and requires his contractors to be professional by respecting your property and cleaning up after themselves. I had no issues with any of the contractors and their work. I am pleased with the service provided by Texas Pool Champions.

KC Arnold is amazing. That is the only word I can think of to describe him. We have had a couple of issues after construction was completed and he kept his word and took care of them. Most recently, a pipe froze and KC came out the same day to fix it. A frozen pipe is hardly his responsibility to fix and he offered to do it anyway. We have had our pool for almost a year now. My wife and I are left speechless with how generous he is with his time when he does not have to be. I recommend this company ten times over.

We chose Texas Pool Champions because of the trust put into owner KC Arnold who personally supervises each project he undertakes to assure optimal quality and value is delivered - and yes, they delivered. TPC did our pool resurface with PebbleTec, installed LED lighting, cleaned up pool parameter coping, and laid Cool Decking. The result was what seemed to us a brand new back-year that the family can enjoy for many years to come. While there were a couple of initial minor imperfections as there seems to be with all contracted work , KC followed up promptly ensuring everything was to satisfaction. I definitely recommend Texas Pool Champions if searching for pool renovation or resurfacing work.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! KC Arnold will take your money and run!!!!!! He lied and lied. He took our money and did not finish our pool. He lied and said our pool was complete and it turns out the concrete wall was not finished, Polaris never delivered, plumbing never done, paint on house destroyed, auto fill never set up. I could go on and on. We started in June and it is November and it is still not finished. Plus he totally overcharges. This pool should be 32,000 and he took 49,000 and ran off!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

KC Arnold from Texas Pool Champions did a great job! He is the owner and never made me feel like I was just another customer. He was always courteous and a true professional. KC was never too busy to answer my questions. I can't stop bragging to my friends and family. I definitely plan to call KC for all my pool project needs in the future.

K.C. Arnold, the owner of TPC, was on top of the project from day 1. He came by on more than one occasion to see how the remodel was progressing, answering all of our questions. He has also been available after the work was completed to make sure we were totally satisfied with the job (which we were)!
