This company ruined my little boy birthday party. I hired them to clean our above ground pool for his swimming party, and not only was the pool too gross and green to swim in but they charged us over $300!!! Then a very rude employee called and threatened us. Horrible

They came out, charged us $85 to tell us our heater was bad and they would order us one and come back. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

I did see what he was suppose to fix to spot a so call leak because my pool is still loosing water.

"Sir, your pool filter multiport valve was completely rotten and was allowing water to bypass the filter and leak out of your waste line. That was the first and most obvious place where water was leaking from your pool. We fixed that issue. We were never told of any other leak that was still occurring nor were we asked to come back out. We have pictures of the before issue and we have pictures of after showing the issue of the leaking gasket was fixed."
