Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
Their workmen-ship is not great, the drywall is not seamless, the electric outlets are coming out of the wall not to mention it took over eight months to finish my home. Was not happy with this company.

They don't show for weeks at a time. The quality is horrible. No skilled supervision. Job still not completed.

Beware! Poor workmanship and quality! NOT recommended! Texas Premier Services, LLC of Beaumont, Texas was contracted to restore our home after Hurricane Harvey. We found out quickly that they were not capable of home restoration in any way. Their contract price was much higher than our neighbors and the quality of materials and workmanship were not reflective of their premier price. Most of the time only two worked at our house to do a complete restoration. The workers were handymen at best and not professional. They showed up to work sporadically staying a few hours at a time. One admitted that his Dad wouldnât let him work so he sat glued to his phone most of the time. Most of their work had to be redone two and sometimes three times. The sheetrock was hung incorrectly resulting in protruding seams throughout our home. The texturing of the sheetrock is so heavy in places that it dripped and in other places it barely covers. The sheetrock mud and paint spray are splattered all over the house. The painting of the walls had to be redone as the roller lines and blank spots were visible. All of the electrical switches and receptacles had to be replaced because they were covered in sheetrock mud. Paint is splattered on stained ceiling beams. Plumbing is another issue. Three of four sinks leaked onto new cabinets after installation. Three fixtures installed had cold/hot reversed. One still is reversed. The installation of the drains looks like a twisted mess. Tiles are spattered with paint spray and grout. We have many tiles that are hollow sounding. The only one they replaced had the mortar only on two sides. One tile is chipped. We pointed this out but they refused to replace the tiles. Some tiles are too high and sure to stub toes. One bathroom had to be completely re-tiled. Anytime issues were brought up, excuses and blame came out to cover up the mistakes and poor workmanship. The owners were extremely condescending. Long before the house was completed, the owner barged into our house and demanded the final payment which included work they didnât do and did not adjust for materials we supplied. He said that they had given enough. We reminded them of their contract obligations. They didnât return to work on our house for two weeks. Less than a month later after they returned, the owner again barged into our house at 8:00 pm and said âWeâre Done!â and again the statement about their giving enough and forcefully demanded payment. Please note that we had already paid 90% of the contract price and that there was still work to complete at this time. This is what they gave: walls that show the seam lines in the sheetrock in every room; tiles that are improperly installed; doubtful plumbing; paint splattered throughout the house on doors, windows, tile on floors and on walls. We also have three doors in bedrooms that do not open and close. Those doors were incorrectly installed. Funny there is no problem in three o

They did a great job changing a drainage pipe to a smaller size and repairing the sidewalk and driveway! The operations manager, Jordan White, was quick to call us, give us an estimate, and then schedule and complete the repairs. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need any concrete or construction work.
