We are very pleased with our new fence. Great crew, who were very careful of new plantings in the garden. John Braud is a true professional who kept us up to date from beginning to end. Most definitely would recommend Build Right by Brothers!

Everything was great at first, they did a wonderful job very pleased with my porch. But after a week or so the thin panels on the outside were buckling. My husband called and explained what happened, John said he would come by the next day to fix it, only he never showed up!! Multiple calls and no answer, not even to apologize for not staying to his word. Very dissapointed! Still no reply and waiting!

We had Built Right by Brothers install counter tops and wood flooring in my parents house last year. We recently had some issues with the floor buckling and called them to come give us an opinion on why and possibly fix it. Initially, we had issues getting in touch with them due to a family emergency, but once they got in touch with us, they certainly made things right and we are happy campers, now.

They were professional and took the time to verify with me each step. Payment was taken in installments, as work proceeded. Small delays due to other projects, but diligent in their pursuit of quality work. Kept disruption of our home to a minimum. Our new countertops look fantastic. The job was completed in a timely manner, with very little disruption. Clean & tidy workers. John worked with us from the beginning. He ever videotaped the slab of quartz that Iâ d chosen from the small sample board. Manuel worked at doing the templates and again at installation, cutting for sink and stove top. Two days and my kitchen is transformed. Thank you John, David, Manuel & Michael. And the other workers whose names I didnâ t get!!

They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I had them replace my plastic bathroom countertops with granite. About 16 foot of it. They had a good assortment of granite colors to offer. I also had them replace my toilets with chair height toilets. Good job!

We flooded in Harvey and decided to do some remodeling that we had always wanted to do. David and John were great to work with, they are there as partners with the homeowner to listen to what you want and also so make practical suggestions that might work better. We will use them again on our next project.

Didn't finish the job, left me with a bunch of work, completion time went way over, changed the supplier and ordered products/design I didn't want. Then afterwards, they said they weren't responsible for the damage they caused. All the stuff that was promised, I never got. Didn't know what they were doing, didn't have proper tools and accidentally took my tools.. Supposed to take two weeks, didn't start for a month and a half. Three months now since they started and not done. Trying to get my house listed by the end of December, now can't because kitchen isn't done yet. Everything was smooth until they changed their supplier. May need to go to court.
