Texas Pride Power Wash is locally owned and operated in Canyon Lake. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity and attention to detail along with outstanding customer service. As the owner, I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 years and I understand the importance of taking care of the customer and developing long lasting relationships. Excellent communication, reliability and developing trust are our goals. At Texas Pride Power Wash we strive to do whatever it takes to create a positive experience and truly impress you with our commitment to quality and detailed work. Your home is one of your most valuable assets and we'd like to restore it and help bring it back to life so that it will retain its value. How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because -My name is Martin Elizardo. I am the owner of Texas Pride Power Wash. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years. During this time, I was a store manager both for Walmart and Burlington. Working in the service industry I understand how important it is to take care of the customer. I pride myself on being a driven person who pays attention to detail-the job is never finished until the customer is satisfied. I am a hard worker who is honest and dependable. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family, doing yard work and watching sports. I am a native Texan born in San Antonio. I left Texas while working for Walmart and returned about 14 years ago to be closer to family. I currently reside in Canyon Lake. I am committed to building a company that will prioritize honesty and integrity. I have invested in the best training, products and equipment in the industry to handle all commercial and residential power washing jobs. .

We started in this industry in 2020.

We describe our business as Family owned and operated

Community Involvement

Once a month we select a home that we know the customer cannot afford to pay to have it cleaned and do it for free.

We are also involved in my daughter's school, New Braunfels Christian Academy.

Clean a Roof

Martin Elizardo was the first to respond to our search for someone to clean our metal roof. We got numerous estimates and he was very competitive, actually much lower than most. Scheduled the job for two days after we agreed to his proposal. Showed up exactly at the time agreed to. Complied with our special requests and completed the job extremely well. Very satisfied with Texas Pride Power Wash and highly recommended them. We will definitely use them again.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
