I specifically asked when I booked to clean my bedroom ONLY for 2 hours that I paid for. If there's enough time left THEN my bathroom. Instead they clean the bathroom then the bedroom. The bedroom floor was not vacuumed so all the dust were on the floor. The maids doesn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish so communications were lacking. 2 hours goes by and they still havent cleaned the floor. I texted the company that I needed to pick up my children. No response for almost 20 minutes. Then asked if I wanted them to stop? We'll yeah because I didn't pay extra time, that's why I paid 2 hours only. I ended up paying another $70 for their unplanned overtime that I DID NOT AGREE TO.

They sent me an accurate estimate and listened to my needs. They got an appointment set up for me very quickly and arrived early for the appointment. The two ladies who came to clean were very friendly and efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. We are very, very pleased with their work and will be scheduling for them to come back regularly from here on out! Highly recommend this company and service!
