Contractor Made repair before giving us our quote . We were told a $49 service fee. Ended up paying $142. Yes it's repaired however now I must cancel the next quote .

Frank was timely in all correspondence, provided several estimates when we modified our original plan, and his work staff were courteous and professional. We received exactly what we requested and our system is working just as we d hoped. I was also very impressed with the post-install clean up. They replaced our sod and landscaping stones to almost the exact appearance our yard was before they began work, and our sidewalk and driveway were cleared of any remaining dirt or debris. Very pleased with every aspect of our dealing with Texas Rain Solutions!!

They kept their word, service tech call me to let me know he was running a little behind but would be there as soon as he finish his job. He show up no later 15 minutes after his schedule time. Inform me and assure me my system would be back on that day and it was. I like people who keep there word and are honest

Another company came here, and damaged my system trying to fix the system...Texas Total Lawn Care damaged my system, and they are also on Home Advisor...so Do not call Texas Total Lawn Care... Call TEXAS RAIN SOLUTIONS FOR THE BEST SERVICE, AND KNOWLEDGE ON YOUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM... TEXAS RAIN SOLUTIONS fixed it in 1 hour after damage was done by the other company, and just left it messed up, saying pipes were broken, and other things were needed to be done... Great job TEXAS RAIN SOLUTIONS!!! Stay away from the other company I mentioned earlier in my review...

They showed up on time and did the work promptly. My system was completely tested before they left. I was given a couple options for what had to be done. Everything was professional and efficient from start to finish.

I was not there for the work but my wife raved over the courteous service and the quality of work. The owner himself did the work and she is well satisfied. I appreciate this project being completed in such a kind and timely fashion while I was working out of state. We will surely recommend these kind folks to friends and family.
