The fit me in quickly. The only issue I have is that I was not sent the invoice or warranty.

I had to hire them to fix the mistakes made by Dan's Roofing and Painting. So far they have repaired 5 roof vents that were dented by Henry Munos Sr.'s roofers. No attempt was made by Dan's to repair any of the damage they caused. Henry's men burned a section of our roof siding and one of his drivers ran into our mailbox shoving it against our house and the box was facing the sky. Again no attempt was made by Dan's Roofing to fix anything and I do not recommend them for anything!!

The crew worked very hard in 100f heat and were very conscientious. They cleaned up after themselves exceptionally well - impressive.

Reuben is the epitome of customer service! Velocity sent a crew that maintained a clean sight through the project, took pictures of everything and every part of the repair and provided me with a thumb drive of all the pictures. I cannot say enough good about this company!

Ron is professional, prompt, and friendly! I Just had a new roof put on by a different roofing co. & something didn't look right! I needed a professional opinion if the roof was good before I wrote the check. Ron came out the next day, walked the entire roof, said they did a good job, and explained the issues that I was seeing that needed to be corrected. He saved me $, and peace of mind! Ron will be first choice if I need a new roof in the future.

They did an excellent job at installing the gutters. The color choice is perfect. They were able to squeeze me in the schedule and completed the job quickly. I am very happy with the results. The team was very nice and friendly.

It took the company 5 trips to correct errors workmanship. The positive aspect is that the owner was willing to keep trying--that is until he got paid. Within one month of having paid the invoice, the center 2 gutters in front of my front door began leaking severely. I contacted the owner again and was ignored. Now I have to find someone reliable to fix the new gutters installed by this company.

I had a very good experience with this company. I called them out for an estimate on Tuesday and they were out to do the job on Thursday. The work was done in a professional manner and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them and use them again.

Velocity installed both gutters and roof. Mr. Hicks gave us a detailed estimate with several options that was comparable to other bids. He answered questions and told us how to significantly reduce our insurance costs. The roof & gutters were quickly installed. We had concerns about safety and clean-up. The workers were on the roof and ladders after dusk which worried me & caused them to miss some messes. When I called, Mr. Hicks came out right away & cleaned & made adjustments. Looks really good & we are happy with new roof & gutters & Velocity.
