First set of blinds had to be sent back to correct a manufacturers defect. The shades would twist as you lowered them. Multiple visits to get the install right. I think I paid way too much for the shades.

Justin was professional and knowledgeable in giving me a estimate and measuring my windows. The shutters are beautiful and well crafted. The installers (I'm sorry I forgot their names) were quick and did a top notch job. The only problem I had was the install took 2 more weeks than expected. Overall, I'm very pleased.

initial repair started on 7/30/10 and was not completed until 8/22/2010. Total repair time in the house was approx 35 min. one tilt rod had to be ordered and i was never contacted when it was ready for installation. I had to make multiple phone calls to the company to get the work completed. The total cost was $100 more that what was quoted by other companies, and I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the job performed.

They did a great job fixing my damaged plantation shutters. We have young children who are constantly hanging on the rods and they did a very fast and thorough job of repairing the problems at a very fair price. i would recommend them to anyone needing the same service.

Ryan was very nice, came on the next business day and installed my blinds 4 days later and 1/2 the price of the other offers i got. When it was time to instal he did my 7 windows all by himself in about 1 hour. Really great service.
