Knew exactly how to repair my plantation shutters which had been disconnected from the central rod that is used to open them. When calling for repair, you need to stipulate whether the shutters are wood or vinyl. It makes a difference in the materials needed for the repair.

They came out quickly and gave the estimate. I made my decision to have them do the work. I was contacted about two weeks later and they gave my the day and time they would arrive and do the work.
