We were not aware that you were still having issues and would've gladly come back out to resolve that if we had known it was stuck. The internet issue was diagnosed as an issue with your router and we suggested that you restart the router every 1-2 weeks to keep it running properly. All the work after the initial diagnosis and repair was done at no cost to you since we were unable to resolve the issues with your printer/scanner.
