I was put on touch with a qualified contractor with a few minutes. My problem was that I backed my vehicle into my garage door, knocking thedoor off the rails. I couldn't get it to budge and the door was jammed on an open position. The contractor came by and had it working in five minutes, and did it for no charge. Merry Christmas.

We have casement windows and the contractor did not know to release the latch before trying to roll out the window. That made me a bit nervous about his competence. His work in replacing the broken glass was quite competent, but he was totally unfamiliar with the type of windows we have in our house. Before I'd recommend him to someone else, i'd want to make sure that he was knowledgable about the type of windows they had.
