The representative Roger a Soto. Was suppose to come back out as a follow up to see if traps were working . I called him three times he never called me back. Horrible customer service. I plan tobcall home adviser regarding this company.

The only reason I did not rate them high was that I took off from work for them and they did not show. But the Owner owned up to it and came by later that day and took care of my issue with an adjusted payment arrangement for the inconvenience. I will use them again in the future.

We had a smell coming from a wall, they came and removed a dead mouse. They offered a service that guaranteed any additional mice in the house for one year for $500. They set traps in the attic. They came back once the next week, he claimed he found 2 dead mice and set out 30 new traps and would be back the next week. Since then I have called and left numerous messages and texts and he has not responded at all. We went in the attic and not a single trap is there, we were totally scammed.
