It took over two months for them to inform us that the machine was deemed irreparable; a decision they had actually made a full month earlier. That determination was ?lost? internally and never communicated to us or to American Home Shield. Despite calling weekly for updates, we were repeatedly told that parts were on order when, in reality, they were not. On top of that, getting anyone on the phone was nearly impossible. Calls routinely went unanswered, and Karen and Jennifer consistently failed to return messages. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company as dealing with them was truly horrific.

Texas True Appliance resolved a leak issue with our 6 year old Kitchen Aide dishwasher. What was of note in working with them - the technicians were personable. knowledgeable and professional - the first visit was to determine the issue and the second to perform the repair. They offered guidance on repair versus replace (bigger picture lifespan for the appliance/model in question) as well as ideas on how to monitor for leaks in the future (leak detection devices). All the things we value and appreciate from service providers. Their experience is a great benefit to the consumer, especially in this age of disposable appliances. Highly recommend Texas True Appliance and we will use them again, hopefully not for the dishwasher!
