The work that they completed was excellent but they did not complete the job and they are not replying to my attempts to communicate with them.

I hired this company following extensive discussions with the owner/representative, Mr. Billy Till. I paid the deposit for the renovation of 1-1/2 bathrooms. Initially things seemed to be on track with a partial demolition of the primary bathroom. But 10 weeks later, aside from receiving some boxed products, no work has been done. Mr. Till also alienated another contractor who was performing work on my home. Efforts to resolve this matter have been met with excuses but no action. Had to terminate agreement, find another contractor, and will likely move forward with civil action if money not refunded. Am surprised and certainly disappointed that this happened with a recommendation obtained from Home Advisor, particularly given positive experiences with previous service providers.

Installer and helpers were very nice and didn't mind questions. 4 day remodel was done in 9 days after a few set backs including rain. Installation was a little messy and disorganized, but the finished product is gorgeous. Would hire them again!

The Onyx product that Texas Walk-in Tubs and More provides is outstanding. It is beautiful on the bathroom walls and has a lifetime guarantee. I believe that it is much better than putting tiles on the bathroom walls. Even though the weather was extremely hot, Billy and his team continued to work hard throughout the project.
