The Carpet Doc

This person insisted on coming to perform the carpet fix on a day I told him I would be home but unavailable due to an online meeting. He was optimistic and reassured that it would not be a problem. He came over I showed him the piece of carpet I would like fixed. I even showed him the quality work a previous company did for a near mirroring problem and expectation of it being corrected. Where I wanted him to pull the exact match of carpet from a closet and then put as best of a match in the carpet back into the closet. He then asked if I had extra padding . (I rent so we do not) then he mentioned his concerns about a patch job in a high traffic area. ( I completely understand this concern, however I do not have matching carpet to do anything else) 5 mins later he said he was done, I paid $150venmo ( so far regretting that as well) I had a gut feeling to go look into the closet he took fromâ ¦ He left a ft x ft hole in the closet floor also left it with two loose razor blades. This was in my 5 year olds sons room! He didnâ t vacuum up the loose pieces in his fixed work and under the carpet is lumpy and lacks padding under it I ran out to him in his car, asked him to please fix this. He said â I told you I do not have extra carpet. ( he did not) then I said well can you take the patch out and refund me? He said **no mam its glued in there** Horrible service. I now have to pay another person to fix his job and the one he created in my sons closet.

They were on-time and quick to do what I needed. In and out in an hour. The tech was friendly, polite and most importantly he left a clean work area when he was done.

Excellent work done! My dog ripped up a section of carpet and Jimmy was able to fix it up very quickly and you can’t notice that carpet was patched in. 10/10 would recommend!

I burned a spot on my carpet with a heating tool. Carpet Doc was quick to come out the next day and repaired the carpet like new!!
