Wood Fence Installation
I hired this company to rebuild my fence and retaining wall. The estimate was initially reasonable, but after confusing discussion about materials, the price increased and I had little choice but to accept it. After paying a 50% deposit, communication became the biggest issue. Weeks sometimes passed without updates though there was rain, missed dates were not explained, and I always had to reach out first. Additional costs of over $1,200 were added due to soil concerns that I felt should have been identified earlier. I later learned the work was subcontracted, something not disclosed beforehand. The subcontractors did excellent work and communicated well, but the company itself never showed up onsite. Project timing changed multiple times, and a 2-day job stretched to 6 days, leaving my property exposed. I had to be onsite. The finished fence looks good, but poor communication, surprise costs, missed commitments, and lack of project oversight made the overall experience disappointing.

Outstanding service. Kevin Rich was excellent. Kevin Rich, was very helpful and punctual, when I called inquiring about having a fence installed. Kevin was outstanding.
