Textbook Painting

I recently bought a new home and wanted to have it painted prior to move in. Of course this happened around Christmas/New Years time when everything is chaotic and busy. Textbook paintings owner offered to move his own personal paint job to help me out. The team was quick and efficient and even sent a color consultant right away to help me choose colors. On the walk thru they did miss a very small area in the kitchen, but quickly remedied it by painting it on the spot. There was a bit of mess on some of my floors due to plastering prior holes, but honestly, they did me such a favor with everything else I can handle a little cleaning up. I would highly recommend this company not only for the aforementioned, but their very competitive quote was a relief to a new homeowner who has been spending quite a bit of money lately! We just had the entire interior of our home, built in 2011 - and still with the builder's original white walls, painted by Textbook Painting and we are VERY satisfied. They provided us an interior designer to make suggestions regarding colors, and their prompt response was impressive. They used top-quality Sherwin-Williams paint (two coats). They finished our two-story, 3BR, 2.5 Bathroom home, including Dining Room Kitchen, Kitchenette, Living Room and Office in four days - start to finish. The trim was left better than when they started. Every picture-hanging nail hole has disappeared, and clean-up on our part was nil. We've already received comments on the quality of the work and the "warm" feeling emanating throughout our home. And they will return annually for any necessary touch-ups as part of this contract. We highly recommend Textbook Painting! We worked with Michael, Tyler, Matt, and Chuck and everyone was great to work with, super nice, knowledgeable, patient and they did a terrific job painting our cabinets and installing the bead boarding. They also fixed/corrected a few things a previous contractor had screwed up on another project in the kitchen. We are very happy we went with them!

Although there were a couple of initial communication hiccups, everyone I dealt with during this project was committed to my satisfaction with the end product...which is excellent!! I highly recommend Textbook Painting!!

I would highly recommend Textbook. They were very nice and did a great job. The only thing that I thought they could do better was communicating on the progress of the project. Other than that, they were great.

Just a fact that I never expected a painter to be so professional, I got more than I bargained for.

The managers were friendly and professional. All of our questions were answered before they began painting. The company even offered suggestions for a paint color. We did a walk through at the end and they came back the next day to do touch ups.

If you would like to be promised the job will be done in three days and it is not done for eight; if you would like to have a painter in your home because it is empty (not allowed in a furnished home due to theft), and you want your soda opened and drank along with the water on the counter; if you want paint and scratch marks on your newly refinished floors (apparently cloth drop clothes are a thing of the past); if you want your baseboards painted over carpet pieces; if you want watered down paint all over a brand new washing machine that is being returned; if you want to be threatened with a lean and/or sent to collections because you are contesting the bill; and last but not least, when texting to find out when they are coming back to correct some more issues, the reply I received was, "when is it least convenient for me?" You have been warned! I wish I would have been! P.S. Flowers and a gift card don't quite make up for this. Picking up the cost of extra paint due to your painters not requesting your expertise doesn't either!
