That 1 Painter Lake Murray

We found Bo at a home show and he was super friendly and quick to give us the estimate which was lower than other companies. We booked and paid the 50% deposit to only have our job rescheduled 4 times. While each day I missed work to be home without notice until day off for two of the rescheduling appt. I emailed the color and sheen a week before job was to be started to only get a text at 10:31 pm the night before asking for that info. When he showed up with the paint it was the wrong sheen but it didn?t matter because the crew who was subcontracted didn?t show up even though there website says not subcontracted and we specifically asked before hiring him. The next crew that he loved and used all the time was then to show up on Monday but Sunday at 10:17pm I get a text that that crew hurt his back. That crew did end up coming on Thursday and they were super friendly but we did find out that Bo only used them three times. When we did the final walk through one gutter was not painted.

There were no paint splatters or disorder; everything, including the outlet and switch covers, was returned flawlessly—the results were simply gorgeous! I am beyond delighted with the current appearance of our home! Bo and his team at That One Painter were phenomenal! Timely, accurate and a great finished product. They even came back to touch up a small piece that they deemed “not up to their standards.” We didn’t even notice it…but they did. Great job!

Excellent communication. Workers were on time and took care of my home as it was theirs. Love, love the paint job and feature wall in my living room. Bo was professional and great to work with. Painted ceilings throughout, living room and bathroom walls and my living room cabinets. Taped off everything and used plastic coverings so nothing was dirty or damaged. Quick and efficient.
