Great service and communication

Contracted for 2 coats. The Supervisor Eduardo came out with crew to begin painting and in discussing scope with them the crew said they had been hired for only 1 coat. When I pointed out that the contract was for 2 coats, there was a discussion in Spanish. Afterwards they started painting.They finished. I called Eduardo Friday March 22 and left message that there was bleed through and that door jam had not been painted and one door and jam had not been painted. Did not hear back from him so I called him again on Tuesday March 26, 2024 and explained that on the accent wall there was bleed through where the sample colors had been applied, that it was obvious that only 1 coat had been applied to ceiling and walls, and explained about the doors and jams. He said he would try to book crew out to fix it on Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday morning the crew (Oscar and Jose) came out and said they had been sent out to put a coat on the accent wall and do the door and the jams. I walked around with them and show them how the ceiling and the off white walls also needed a 2nd coat. They said they had been hired to only paint one coat. I called Eduardo and explained the problem. He said that he would call them; after about 30 minutes of waiting they called him. After discussing it with Eduardo in Spanish they said they had only been hired to do one coat and they were leaving and it was up to Eduardo to resolve -- they were not going to put a 2nd coat on without being paid.

Excellent Seevice

These guys are the best. My 16 year old daughter was sick to death of her dark navy walls. She took matters into her hands and found them online. They were so respectful to her and called me to make sure it was ok to quote. They were great communicators from beginning to the end and the final result was night and day. It's really difficult to go from a really dark color to light walls. We live in an old historic home and the ceilings were high and the walls a little imperfect. The final result was astounding. They made my daughter one happy teenager!!!
