Mr. Hiebert was very prompt in answering my inquiry and providing an estimate, but once I paid him half of the amount due, he was mia. An email inquiry that I sent him at the 2-week point was never answered and I had to keep texting and calling to get a response. The project was slated to be done in 2 weeks and it has now been almost 2 months. He said he lost my phone # and address, but I have spoken to him and texted him several times with that info. Very frustrating. Once he did arrive, (about 4 hours later than initially promised), he did work very hard and did a really good job. However, if your project has time constraints, I would not use this company.
