I let Andy talk me into rebuilding my deck. He is capable of doing functional work but with no clue of correct or detailed work. He used 20â  lumber for a 16â  deck because he said thatâ  s all he could get. He proceeded to unevenly cut both sides so they are not square. He scabbed in lumber that he failed to cut properly. This is just for starters. I have pictures of his subpar work. Please feel free to call for pictures and details 314-550-4055. Oh and his house exterior cleaning lacked detailing also. He left handprints on my garage door and didnâ  t touch my porch lights. I had to fire him and get someone else.

"Thanks for the feed back Steve. I always try to make my customers happy before the work is done but every once in a while that is just not going to happen. Your deck is 16?2? wide and we were unable to use 16? boards. They did not sell 18? boards that is why we used 20 and cut off the ends. We were able to get you a $160 refund on the stair treads because of this. I thought you would be pleased. I made many attempts over 8 weeks to come over and satisfy any complaints but you were traveling or out of town and the time didn?t work for you. You also never reported anything on the house wash. Sorry this didn?t work out. good luck with your futur"

Would prefer the technicians be conscious to wear masks whenever interacting with customers. Although not everyone adheres to the health guidelines as relates to COVID, but it would be considerate to the customer for those who do adhere to wearing masks for the consideration of the household the company is providing service for.
