Came at time he said heâ d come! Had previously fixed my dryer. Now fixed my washer. I made sure I kept his business card because I will use him again!

Brian came at time specified. We communicated by text. Our old dishwasher seemed to be stuck and rather than Brian trying to pry it out, he chose not to take a chance on damaging our cabinets or counter tops. He didnâ  t charge us. Brain came out to repair my washing machine. He was on time and had the parts needed for what was supposed to be a simple job, one done in an hour. It was a much more complicated situation - he fixed what was broken and could have left it at that. But, the machine was not working the way it should so he literally took it apart to figure out why. He found a clump of dog hair hiding in a filter. Then, he had to put the whole thing back together again. Three hours later and the washing machine, only a year old mind you, worked correctly for the first time in who knows how long. Thanks, Brian!

My oven wasn t working. Brian came in and turned on the oven and it started right up. Still had a $70 service fee for about 5-7 minutes of service. I will call him again if the oven stops again. I really can t give him more than a #1 in the survey because he didn t fix anything.

He came in very nice, set up a time to order the parts and when to come to fix it. Brian had made the times to come out and do the work. He text'd me stating he was on his way and never showed up.

Brian did a telephone diagnosis of my washer problem based on my description of its inability to fill with hot water. He then researched the part (water intake valve), found it locally and called me back in 15 minutes to quote the price for the house call, service and part. I accepted the bid contingent on his diagnosis once he had come to the house and actually seen my washer. He arrived this morning, a little earlier than the appointed time (no problem) confirmed that the water intake valve was the problem and left to get the part at a nearby supplier. He was back in 30 minutes and within another 20 minutes, my washer was working like new and hot water was flowing correctly. Brian cleaned up when he was finished and I paid the bill with my credit card - the exact amount he had quoted, plus tax. Brian was a pleasure to work with! I have already washed a load of laundry in WARM water, and it appears that everything is working well. My washer is a 20 year old Kitchenaid that has been fabulous and I am looking forward to keeping it a while longer. If it needs any other repair in future, I will definitely call That Guy Appliance Services and ask for Brian.
