Washed and brushed concrete and then white calcium was not able to come off so then her poured. A stripper on various areas and used a high pressure washer using a small yellow tip Poured water onto the concrete and kept using the pressure washer moving from area to area skipping around and if would ask him how was it going his reply was it coming off referring to the white calcium. And if told him that they agent he was using seems like it was staining the concrete then as I looked closer and told him that your cut into the top layer in the various pleases that he was skipping around in the areas where he had laid the stripper and then told me if he had brought more stripper he could get the entire area I the told him you need to take a course and finish one section at a time he said yes that I was right. So end result is that they ground patio stamped concrete is pitted and discolored in various areas .and I then told him that he had damaged the stamped concrete patio And told him that I was going to play him for the work. He the told me that it would cost me 450.00 and if told him that we had settled on $ 150.00 He said her wished he had figured the price before he had started so the is gave him his pay off $150.00 he reached out and shook my hands the is said may God Bless you. The whole patio now is damaged .

"An incorrect sq ft estimate was given over the phone and because I was given the wrong sq ft, i didnt have the correct amount of chemical to do what Ernest was requesting. I Offered 2 solutions, I could come back a different day or I could use what I had on a few hot spots. Ernest insisted that I use what I had over the entire area. I told Ernest the dangers and damage that could cause. After explaining the dangers multiple times and insisting on my options multiple times, Ernest kept insisting that I do it HIS WAY. I proceeded. Ernest watched over me the entire time! Giving me directions as if I didnt know how to do my job. I did exactly what he told me to do because I was trying to please the customer. Obviously the way he wanted it done didnt work. I wish I would have just left. I was there for 5 hours and he stepped away for maybe 30 minutes to eat dinner. I accepted a payment of 150$ at the end of everything. I thanked him respectfully and apologized for the damage as I left. I also reminded him that if he wouldve let me do either one of my proposals, hed be a happy customer."
