Did a great job and was upfront with scale of problem as well as options to fix it

The pro fixed my refrigerator after ordering a needed part. This took about 1 week. My frig was still operable but after getting the new part put in the frig didn't make any humming noises and I haven't had any further problems with my frig. I was pleased with his thouroughness.

We thought our problem was solved but it took hom coming out 3 more times to fix the issue. It's been a year since his last visit and she's still purring!

I hired Ryan Blatz to repair the lower ice maker in my refrigerator. He replaced the ice maker and was paid $260.44 on 9/27/17. He told me his work was guaranteed for one year. In less than 6 months, the ice maker is again broken. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact Ryan for the last 3 weeks. He does not answer my phone messages or emails. Home Advisor tells me my contract was with this business and not with them. However, I would not have known about or contacted this business without their recommendation. I paid for this service thinking that this business and Home Advisor were both reliable and reputable. I am reporting both the business and this service to The Better Business Bureau.
