I like Chris the first time we met which is one of reasons we hired him. However, I wish we had the experience on our project that other reviewers had with Thayer. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Work delays, questionable work and design, and cost over runs plagued our project from day one. Lack of communication and job oversight on his part was bad. It could have been just one bad project for him, but I felt the need to share our experience.
