Listened to my requests. Stayed within the cost estimate. Very friendly and efficient. Cleaned up after job was completed. Needed tile replaced in bathroom shower. Finished job looks great!

Very punctual gave us a price to install a tankless hot water heater that was cheaper with more options and a better warranty than all the other quotes we got installed perfectly and works great and everybody should have one

They showed up fast and got me up and running same day. However, I called a couple times a few weeks later for another project and never heard back from them.

They were quick, efficient and thorough. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how to adjust hot water heating settings and how all the plumbing worked around the tank.

Highly recommend Ec Plumbing. It was important to me that the price was stated up front and there was no attempt to "up sell" or add equipment. Very pleased with prompt service, the efficiency and competence of installer, the care to protect carpets when bringing in new heater and removing old. Installer went beyond what was expected to assist with concerns of gas line and old meter. Also returned promptly when it was noticed that the water line to the ice maker needed to be re-attached. I will call Ec Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Delighted with their prompt service and going to fetch the new toilet i picked out on line so they did not need to return another day. Turned a potentially bad day starting with a toilet leaking into the floor below to a good day.

We are so glad we went with EC Plumbing to tackle our project.
