Responded to my request only few minutes after I submitted it. It was hard for me to schedule something during the week because of my work but he said he can still come in and take care of it all without me being there - and he did so. He was good with communication and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away.

Showed and explained the issue clearly. Provided advice on self maintenance.
