Clean, professional, punctual...WOW! If you have ANY duct issues....do not.....repeat DO NOT hesitate in contracting these guys!

The work that was done was clean and satisfactory, but the experience was less than ideal. Price for standard service was not discussed over the phone, technician was late with no call ahead for arrival time until after the office was contacted. Once tech was here he immediately began providing up-sell options before starting his work. I made one request outside of standard service, but also found myself charged $300 for a new pan float and thermostat wire, neither of have caused any problems, and both were done without prior discussion. $900 later my A/C was serviced, but felt like a bad used car experience.

On time, finished job.

Estimator was very professional, came in and did a thorough assessment. The duct repair pros were on time and finished the work as promised.

The work was done professionally, the actual cost was $100 more than the quote which was a little dissapointing

Workers arrived on time and did the job in an efficiently manor. The only down side was that they do not repair any holes left due to replacing the vents.

I was referred to The A/C Ductologist when I found major mold in my condo's ductwork. They expertly replaced all my duct work, junction boxes, vents at a very reasonable price. TJ, Justin, and Sarah and crew are as nice, professional, and honest as can be. I purchased the air purification system to keep everything clean and fresh. TJ and Justin are American Standard certified and they will definitely be the company I will chose to install my next unit when my current one gives out. 5 Stars PLUS.

I started this project in Aug. he said it was going to take only 3 days and it is still not finished. He said patching up the holes were included but only a few were done and it took a long time for him to do just those. As of now I have 5 holes in my ceiling. I texted him and asked him when he was going to finish off the rest and he said he would do it and never showed on the day he said he would. The AC unit makes a very loud sound in my house now. The vent work that was suppose to be done was not installed correctly.

TJ and the team were very professional and completed my project with no issues. I spoke to 7 AC companies, and got 7 different answers to what was wrong with my systems. The ductologist resolved the issue! I would highly recommend them.

I reviewed too soon. I started to feel sicker so just 10/2018 I sent another duct pro up to take pix. The AC Ductologist workers put or left gaping holes in my fiberboard ducts w/o telling me I would have to replace that section. I made it known there were allergy issues specific too a/c. I feel like I suffered for over a year unnecessarily... and the main guy working on my duct redirect moved away soon after.

The 2 men who came wee professional in heir attitude and demeanor. They were willing to answer questions and even to make suggestions as to how I might be able to improve the air flow into the house as ductwork on a house without an attic is not a consideration at this point.

Very professional crew. I'm very happy with their work. They did an excellent job. I also hired them to do PM on the AC once a year.

Tj was my initial contact...wasn't able to keep first appointment...his partner Abner came out, assessed the problem, made appointment to come back with Josh, did the job in reasonably short time, knew what they were doing, did a great job, cleaned up, were neat and clean.
