My initial experience with APW Project Management Group was positive. Michael Adams provided a detailed onsite consultation, proposed a two-person crew at $600 per day, and confirmed a September 29 start date. Before work began, a friend helped advance portions of the drywall project. The work was not completed, so I contacted APW to request an updated estimate for the remaining work. I understand that a reduced scope can affect a contractor's schedule and anticipated earnings, and I acknowledge that I had not informed APW earlier. However, I was disappointed that Michael responded by accusing me of being untrustworthy and disrespectful, refusing to reassess the unfinished work, and stating that he would block communication. I respected his right to decline the revised project, but believe the situation could have been handled more professionally. No work was performed by APW, so this review reflects my consultation and communication experience only.

Yes and he was very efficient. He creatively solved problems that we had for awhile. We would hire him again.
