Michael was very helpful right from the get go. Prior to his visit we spoke on the phone so he could get a sense of the issue with my ac unit. On the day of my appointment he kept me informed of his schedule and showed up on time. He quickly identified the issues and had me up and running in no time. Because I live downtown San Diego in a condo I had a difficult time getting an hvac company to service my unit. Michael had no issue coming downtown. I m happy I found a company who I can trust. I ll be recommending Micheal to friends and neighbors.

Mike lives nearby came over within half an hour of calling me. He checked my unit and determined that the a/c had temporarily overheated and didn't need any repair, then advised me on several maintenance issues and also discussed getting a newer easier to program thermostat. he will get back to me to schedule service and with suggestions for the thermostat replacement. He was knowledgeable and friendly, didn't charge for the call because nothing was actually broken! I look forward to working with him on other projects in the future.

Michael was a true pro, I don't often write reviews but his expertise and service was top-notch. I had a leaking AC issue with water coming down from the ceiling, he diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it quickly, and also made some other helpful suggestions to improve the system, all for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend.
