Write a ReviewOur AC went out Sunday night two days before hurricane Idalia. I contacted the customer service of Air Boss Mechanical, LLC. They told me a service person would be out as soon as possible. On Tuesday the tech came to our home with in an hour he was able to get the system up and running.. The technician was very nice he even took the time to explain what happened, and how he resolved the problem. Thank you!
Called in a service on 5/18/23. Today is 8/6/23 and still have not repaired my microwave. After first visit they ordered parts. According to system parts arrived and I called AIRBOSS 30 times leaving messages. Not one return call. Finally someone answered. Asked status and they could not find paperwork but showed parts arrived. They went to house and attempted to repair but found they needed additional parts. I have called the last two weeks 2 to 3 times each day leaving my contact info. Not once have they called to give a status. Absolutely disrespectful that they do not return calls. Update: today 8/7/23 called American Home Shield AHS for 5th or 6th time. AHS called AIRBOSS with same results as I. Again !!! AIRBOSS refuses to respond to AHS. Can at least say this about AIRBOSS. They can tell the one that hired them to Pisa off you mean nothing and not respond. Makes AHS look like a weak company. AIRBOSS you rock !!! Do nothing and get paid !!! I will try to keep everyone posted.

The technician was very nice, Knowledgeable and is also helping me with another issue.
He showed up on time. He gave me an estimate for repairs and I decided to purchase a new dryer based on the extent of repairs and the cost. I will follow up with him if I decide to fix the freezer after the holiday season.
Kevin was great and seemed to be extremely honest. I was very impressed with his attitude and his service. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly use him again when needed.
